Departmental Web Access

The convenience of providing current telecommunications billing information via web-accessible applications has not only improved the speed with which information is disseminated, but also ensures timeliness of invoices and around-the-clock availability. This cost-effective process enables full flexibility for bill reviewers by providing access to invoices online. Invoices are readily available for storage and retrieval from an office computer, or may be printed on-demand from the web using Adobe Acrobat.

Invoices are typically available by the fifth day of each month. It is recommended that a printed copy be initialed by the reviewer and retained for future audits.
