PTN Call Blocking

May 26 UPDATE: This problem has been resolved. Please call the Operations Center (1-6780) if you continue to experience problems.

Callers may receive an 'All Circuits Busy Message' when trying to call campus from the Public Telephone Network. We are working with Verizon to determine where/why these calls are being blocked. Please continue to report problems to the operations center at 1-6780 with the caller's telephone number and an approximate date & time the problem occurred.
