PhoneMail system problems

UPDATE: University PhoneMail system and CNS test telephone problems have been resolved. Should you encounter telecommunications service difficulties, please contact 4Help at 1-4357 or send e-mail to 4help@vt.edu for assistance.

10:20 a.m., 1 July 2004: Communications Network Services is addressing technical problems associated with the PhoneMail system. We are also addressing difficulties with some test telephones in use within CNS. Once we identify the scale of the problems, we will post an update with the anticipated time-until-resolution.
