Ordering Departmental Telecommunications Services: ICR
Faculty, staff, and departmental users need to contact their Communications
Liaison to order telecommunications services.
Communications Liaisons can use the Interdepartmental
Commuications Request (ICR). You should use the ICR move,
change, disconnect existing services, or add new services.
Your PID and password can be used to access Customer Online Access (COLA). Once logged on to COLA, you should see the link to the ICR tool. If you do not see this link, contact the CNS
Customer Support Services Team at 540-231-6460 to apply for access.
ICRs received without an authorized signature will not be processed.
