Ordering Student Network Services Services
The Student Network Services Office handles order processing, billing, and questions related to telecommunications services provided to students.

Automated Service Options
Online (COLA)
You may also log on to COLA to sign up for long distance telephone, Wireless LAN, and Virginia Tech Modem Pool service, manage your account, and view your bill.
Visit Our Office
You may sign up for additional (optional) services at the Student Network Services Office. These services include: Station Speed, Additional
Phonemail Messages, Additional Phonemail Distribution Lists, Analog
Line, and Additional Ethernet Connections.
Be sure to bring your Hokie Passport when you visit CNS Student Network Services.
Please Note
Optional services will be denied (deactivated) to students with past
due telecommunications bills.
You must contact Student Network Services if you move off-campus
or change rooms. Your services will not automatically be moved or disconnected unless you notify Student Network Services. If you move from one room to
another, certain processing fees may apply depending upon the service.
