International* and Non-Domestic Billable Call Rates

Virginia Tech international and non-domestic calling rates are based on a cost-per-minute (CPM) that differs by location. The rates for calls to each location are the same 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To find the rate for a particular location, choose from one of the selection lists below and select “Get Rate.” To find the rate for another location, repeat the process.

You may also check rates for long distance calls (international or domestic) by calling the University Switchboard at 231-6000 (off-campus) or dial "0" (on-campus).

* International rates apply for calls to all destinations outside the 50 United States even those that can be dialed with an area code.
